Siam Thai Golf Co Ltd applies the following Policy to Customer payments:

TOUR COSTS

  • 1. All Tour costs are inclusive of VAT and any service costs. There are no other additional costs to our advertised price.
  • 2. All prices are advertised in Thai Baht.

PAYMENT TERMS

3. Each Tour offers payment of the Tour advertised cost by Instalments, namely:

  • 3.1 An initial Deposit of 25% of the Tour cost payable no later than 3 months prior to the Tour start date.
  • 3.2 A Second Instalment of 50% at least 2 months prior.
  • 3.3 A Final Payment of 25% at least 1 month prior.

REFUND OF DEPOSITS

4. A Change of Mind guarantee is offered for Deposits paid on the following basis:

  • 4.1 The Deposit must be received by us before the due date for payment being not less than 3 months from the Tour start.
  • 4.2 A request for refund of the deposit must be made by the Customer in writing within 7 days from the date payment is received.
  • 4.3 No other conditions apply and a Full Refund of the Deposit will be given within a further 7 days from the date of request.
  • 4.4 All refund payments are processed and paid in Thai Baht.

GENERAL REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

5. Any refund request (other than for a deposit) will be dealt with on a case by case basis with each Customer and in our sole discretion on the following terms

  • 5.1 If a refund request is made less than 3 months but more than 2 months before the Tour start date, we refund 75% of the payment made.
  • 5.2 If a refund request is made less than 2 months but more than 1 month before the Tour start date, we refund 50%.
  • 5.3 If a refund request is made less than 1 month before the Tour start date, we refund 25%.
  • 5.4 For any request for refund made less than 1 month before the Tour start date, we will not refund any payment made, unless in our absolute discretion there is a valid reason for that request or cancellation.
